The applicant company is Unilever. The application concerns oil obtained from seeds of the Allanblackia tree. The novel oil is intended for use as an ingredient in spreads based on yellow fats, in spreadable cream-based products, and in mixtures of vegetable oil and milk (as alternatives to cream).
