Assessment report DHA-rich algal oil, applicant Changsha Sunnycare Inc.
A report on the assessment of DHA-rich algal oil by the company Changsha Sunnycare Inc for substantial equivalence to DHA-rich algal oil, which has already been authorised in the European Union.
The DHA-rich algal oil may be used in food supplements and in a range of food categories.
Based on this positive assessment report, the applicant can inform the European Commission about the marketing of DHA-rich algal oil, in accordance with article 5 of European regulation 258/97.
