Assessment report coagulated potato protein and hydrolysates, applicant AVEBE
A report on the assessment of the substantial equivalence of coagulated potato protein and hydrolysates by the company AVEBE with coagulated potato protein and hydrolysates already authorised for use in the European Union.
The coagulated potato protein and hydrolysates can be sold as a separate product, or can be used as an ingredient in certain types of food products.
Based on this positive assessment report, the applicant can inform the European Commission about the marketing of coagulated potato protein and hydrolysates in accordance with article 5 of European regulation 258/97.
