At the end of an application procedure for the authorisation, variation, transfer or withdrawal of a marketing authorisation for a veterinary medicinal product, the Veterinary Medicinal Products Unit issues a decision. The approved product information (SPC, labelling and package leaflet) is included as annexes to the decision.
Sending decisions digitally
Decisions and related product information for veterinary medicinal products will only be sent digitally. It is therefore important that marketing authorisation holders of veterinary medicinal products have an email address for receiving digital decisions. We advise you to use a general email address for this purpose (such as registration@companyname.nl), meaning an email address that is not linked to a specific employee and can therefore be used for a long period of time.

If your company is registered in our system as multiple legal entities or separate establishments, please fill in a separate form for each legal entity or establishment. Do you want all decisions from these individual branches to be sent to the same general email address? Then submit the same email address several times.

Decisions on marketing authorisations of veterinary medicinal products and the approved product information (SPC, labelling and package leaflet) are published on the Veterinary Medicinal Products Information Bank.
